Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, lick mats and feeding products that have already been used with food can only be returned if they are unused and unopened.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and a photo of the item. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You will not need to ship the item back to us.

Return shipping

If the return is the result of an error on our side (a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Items that cannot be returned

Used or washed items, items returned without their original packaging, and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the replacement once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not already been shipped. After that point, please use the return process above once the order arrives.
