Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with CalmLick. Here's exactly what to expect once you place an order.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5pm, on weekends, or on a holiday begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery times
Our products ship from a warehouse in the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Total time to receive your order = processing time + delivery time.

No customs fees
Because we ship domestically from within the United States, your order will not be held at customs and you will never be charged import duties on it.

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take 1–2 business days to show its first scan, which is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Delays
Carrier backlogs, severe weather, and peak seasons can extend delivery beyond our estimates. These delays are outside our control, but if your order is significantly overdue, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation and send a replacement or refund you.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order ships. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
